Science Projects Made Simple!

So, what is a solar oven? A solar oven (in this case) is made from a pizza box. You will also use aluminum foil, plastic wrap, tape, and a straw to complete the oven. The solar oven will use the power of the sun to melt the chocolate and the marshmallow: creating a s’more. Students will get opportunities during this science project to compare how the s’more looks before being in the sun, how it looks after five minutes in the shade, and how it looks after five minutes in the sun.
